Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir sugar and oil together in large bowl, then stir in canned pumpkin.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Using slow speed on mixer, add dry ingredients alternately with the eggs.
Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake in 325\u00b0
oven for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
