Crunchy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash or 4 regular squash
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion (1 c.), sauteed
    1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix together prepared squash, sour cream and chicken soup. Add sauted onions and water chestnuts.
    In a separate bowl, mix stuffing and season mix together.
    Melt 6 tablespoons butter and add to mixture; mix well.
    Add 3/4 stuffing mixture to squash mixture.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
