Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in microwave and cut in half. Carefully scoop out potatoes and reserve shells. In a large mixing bowl, beat potatoes and margarine until creamy. Gradually add milk, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into reserved potato shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange in baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
