Yule Cake(Fruit Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. English walnuts, halves
    1 1/2 c. pecans, halves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped
    1 sm. jar red cherries, with juice
    1 sm. jar green cherries, with juice
    1/2 c. raisins, seedless
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of a loaf pan.
    (Pam can be used.) Put nuts, dates, cherries, with juice, and raisins in bowl.
    Stir in sugar.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs and add vanilla.
    Combine with nut mix and add flour mix.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Stir well and spoon into loaf pan.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes. Then remove from pan.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
