Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix margarine, milk, flour and salt until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Don't overbeat.
Grease and flour muffin tins or popover pan.
Fill half full.
Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes longer.
Take out of oven and immediately make a slit in top.
