Chimi-Cheese Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 burrito size flour tortillas
    10 hot dogs
    1 can chili (no beans)
    10 slices cheese
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Soften tortillas for 45 seconds in microwave.
    Place 1 slice of cheese, 1 hot dog and 1 heaping tablespoon of chili on side of a tortilla nearest you.
    Roll away from you approximately 2/3 the width of the tortilla.
    Fold the ends in and roll the rest of the way.
    Fry in enough oil to cover 1/2 of the burrito.
    Fry, flap side down, first to avoid burrito opening up.
    Fry on both sides until golden brown.
    Yields 10 chimis.
