Chole(A Spicy Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c./can cooked chickpeas
    2 chopped onions
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. garam masala (mixture of different spices, found at Indian grocery store)
    1 Tbsp. channa masala (mixture of different spices, found at Indian grocery store)
    1/2 tsp. freshly chopped ginger
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    tomato slices, freshly chopped coriander and whole green chilies, for decorations
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes and onions into big pieces.
    Crush tomatoes and onions in blender together.
    Heat butter in a pot.
    Put crushed tomatoes-onion mixture into pot and add water.
    Cook 2 minutes. Add ginger, lemon juice and channa masala; cook 3 minutes.
    Add chickpeas and salt to taste.
    Add garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
    Decorate with tomatoes, green chilies and coriander. Serve hot with middle eastern bread.
