Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. strawberry jam
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Make a well in the center.
    Combine eggs, oil and buttermilk; pour into well.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Do not overmix.
    Gently fold in jam.
    Place in well-greased or paper lined muffin tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
