    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
    1/2 to 1 c. rice
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole and fill with water.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
