Hot Potato Salad(Or German Potato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
    3/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until just tender.
    Peel and cut into slices, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Fry bacon and onion until tender.
    Combine flour, salt, celery seed and sugar in small bowl; add water and vinegar.
    Stir slowly into bacon-onion mixture; cook on low heat until mixture boils and is thick and smooth.
    Add potatoes and parsley; stir gently.
    Serves 4 to 6.
