Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and combine thoroughly. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.
    Pour mixture into pan or Pyrex dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    \"Pie\" will make its own crust as it cooks.
    Serve at room temperature.
