Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the egg, milk, oil and sugar in a bowl.
    When mixed well, add the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir until moistened.
    Put cupcake paper liners into cupcake baking pan.
    Makes 10 to 12 cupcakes.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
