Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 fresh whole orange, grated through grinder
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream the first 3 ingredients together, then add the rest. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
