Florentine Appetizer Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. herb seasoned croutons
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a baking sheet.
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Add cheese and onion.
    Blend in eggs.
    Stir in croutons and butter.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake 15 minutes 1/2 inch apart.
    Makes 36.
    Can freeze for 1 week.
    Don't thaw.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
