Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 6 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 pkg. Onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. water
    salt
    pepper
    onion salt
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil.
    Remove from pan. Stir in rice and cook until browned.
    Stir in water.
    Bring to a boil, stirring to remove browned bits from bottom of pan. our rice mixture in bottom of a large flat casserole dish.
    Place pork chops on top of rice.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Bake covered.
