Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggplant, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin and mixed with 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    about 1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Note:
    For use during Passover, matzo meal should be substituted for the flour.
