Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 piece tenderized steak, sliced in 1-inch strips
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 cans beef broth
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 large bag noodles
1 or 2 chopped onions
Preparation

Dust steak strips with flour and brown in hot oil.
Remove and drain off excess grease.
Drain skillet and add soup broth and return meat strips.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Then 5 minutes before serving, add the mushrooms and sour cream. Recover.
Cook noodles and pour mess over noodles.
