Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray
whole wheat flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. granulated white sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Spray an 8-inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust lightly with whole wheat flour.
Blend the oil and sugar in a large bowl.
Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well.
Add the vanilla.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Alternately fold the flour mixture and the yogurt into the oil and sugar mixture.
Set aside.
