Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
    1 lb. container Ricotta cheese
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine spinach, Ricotta, egg, nutmeg, flour, salt and 1/4 cup each of Parmesan and melted butter.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with remaining 1/2 cup each of Parmesan and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
