Carob Pan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 stick oleo
    3 Tbsp. carob
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soda in 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; set aside.
    Boil oleo, carob, cooking oil and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add soda in buttermilk.
    Add eggs, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into greased broiler pan and bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
