Caramel Corn (Baked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn, mixing well. Turn into 2 large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir, let cool. Stir again so it doesn't stick in big chunks.
    Eat up!
