"Ooma'S" Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.
Warm milk and add yeast.
Let sit at least 10 minutes.
Add sugar.
Sift flour.
Cut shortening in.
Blend all ingredients together.
Roll out.
Let rise at least 10 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes until brown.
