Shepherd Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
    4 oz. carrots
    onions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. dry nonfat milk
Preparation
    Broil ground beef.
    Add water, mushrooms, carrots, onions and salt and pepper.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook cauliflower until barely tender.
    Put in blender with liquid.
    Add dry nonfat milk. Blend until just mashed a little.
    Spray dish with Pam.
    Put beef mixture in.
    Top with cauliflower.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serves 4.
