Broccoli And Noodles Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
8 oz. (about 6 c.) noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
In a covered 4-quart pan over medium heat, in 1-inch of boiling water, cook broccoli 6 minutes.
Drain well.
In same saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion and garlic until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in soup and tarragon, mixing well.
Add cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
Stir in sour cream, broccoli and cooked noodles.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Cover, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 8 servings.
