Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white Karo syrup
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 full pans (9 x 13-inch) popped corn
Preparation

Place popcorn in very large container.
In saucepan mix syrup, sugar and margarine.
Bring to boil on medium heat.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda.
Begin to slowly pour mixture over popcorn, stirring until all the popcorn is well coated.
Spread popcorn in 2 buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring popcorn at least once.
Let cool and break apart. Delicious.
