The Real Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 baking potatoes (skin on)
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. butter (not margarine)
1/4 to 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

In crock-pot place whole, cleaned, skin on potatoes in pot. Cook until potato comes off fork easily.
When finished cooking, add butter and evaporated milk to potatoes.
With an electric blender or mixer, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
