Mama'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. white Karo
1/4 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 scant tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook sugar, Karo syrup, water and peanuts until brown and peanuts pop.
Take off stove.
Put in butter, soda and vanilla. Stir vigorously.
Pour into three buttered pie pans. Cool and break.
