Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. cream
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
milk
1/2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
rhubarb
Preparation

Add enough milk to the first 4 ingredients to have it pour like cake mix consistency.
Cut rhubarb up and make a 2-inch layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sweeten rhubarb to your taste. Sprinkle in 1/2 package of strawberry gelatin, then pour the batter over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
