Nancy'S Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 c. (16 oz.) finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and pimento; stir well.
    Add mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
    You may add 3 or 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce, if you like, and mix well for hotness.
