Spaghetti Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium bell pepper
    4 stalks celery
    2 medium onions
    pinch of garlic powder
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 to 4 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    3 big cans tomato paste
    3 big cans water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground chuck, bell pepper, celery and onions. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    The last 30 minutes, add 1 cup grated cheese.
