Cola Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 (16 oz.) bottle cola
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cherry juice or water (optional)
1 c. chopped cherries (dark sweet)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin with cola at room temperature.
Melt cream cheese with cherry juice.
Stir constantly to help dissolve the cheese.
Add cheese mixture to gelatin.
Add pecans, cherries and pineapple.
Mix well and place in mold or flat container.
Let chill 24 hours.
