Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (all)
    1 1/2 lemon (juice)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (7 oz.) angel food cake
    2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 box or small can Angel Flake coconut
    cherries for decorating top
Preparation
    Soften gelatine in cold water; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold half the Cool Whip into the gelatine mixture. Tear up the angel food cake in small pieces (not crumbs).
