Susan'S Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 lb. confectioners sugar (3 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix cocoa and confectioners sugar.
    Place butter on top of cocoa/sugar mixture. Also add milk; do not mix.
    Cook in microwave dish 2 minutes on High.
    Remove.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Add nuts.
    Pour in a greased pan.
    Refrigerate until firm.
