Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
Cool on wire racks. Makes 3 dozen.
