Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 cans creamed corn
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute veggies in oleo.
    Mix in rice and corn.
    Season to taste.
    Add 1/2 of cheese.
    Mix and pour into casserole.
    Cover with remaining grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
