Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, cooked
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Have cooked prepared pie crust ready.
Mix and cook, in double boiler, next 4 ingredients, until thick.
Add last 2 ingredients. Pour into cooked pie crust.
Top with meringue.
Brown until golden.
