Too-Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 stick oleo or butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into 5 fingers.
    Place over fruit.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and oleo.
    Pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
    Can use other fruits like blackberries, etc.
