German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    3/4 c. hot beef or chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. oil (Mazola)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Add salt, pepper, onion, vinegar and oil.
    Pour hot broth over potatoes. Mix gently.
    Let stand at least 1 hour at room temperature.
    Mix again before serving.
