Savory Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can beer (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
sesame seed (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and beer.
Stir until all ingredients are moistened and a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place it in a warm place for 90 minutes.
