Beef And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. snipped green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly oil a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Saute beef until brown; drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt.
Remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese.
Add onion and green pepper.
Spread half of noodles on bottom of baking dish.
Spoon a little of the meat sauce over the noodles.
Cover with cheese mixture.
Top with remaining noodles.
Spoon on remaining meat sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.
Serves 10 to 12.
