Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour
    1 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. coconut flavor
    4 1/2 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Beat sugar and Crisco until light and creamy.
    Add dry ingredients to sugar-Crisco mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each.
    Start in cool oven.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
