Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Mix beef, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Put into pepper halves; top with cheese.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
