Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
1 small onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Place cabbage and onion in dish.
Pour 1/4 cup melted margarine over cabbage and onion.
Combine egg, soup and mayonnaise.
Pour over the top.
Combine cracker crumbs, rest of margarine and cheese.
Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
