Cabbage Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    10 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    In a large kettle, brown sausage, ground beef and onions. Drain off all the fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage; mix well.
    Stir in cabbage; simmer for 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
