Carrots Vichy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Pare carrots; slice paper-thin, horizontally.
Place in medium saucepan with 1/4 cup water, butter and salt.
Cook over low heat, tightly covered, 20 minutes or until carrots are tender and all liquid evaporated.
Serves 3.
