Finger Juices Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (4.2 oz.) bottles infant juice (apple, apple-cherry or apple-grape)
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    In a 1-quart square casserole dish, sprinkle gelatin over juice.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute; stir.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Remove; stir until completely dissolved.
    Chill until firm (approximately 3 hours). Cut into blocks.
