Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Melt drippings or butter in a saucepan or skillet.
    Add onions, green pepper, beef and Minute rice.
    Cook and stir over high heat until lightly brown.
