Foil Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    4 slices onion
    4 potatoes, thinly sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Shape hamburg into 4 patties; salt and pepper.
    Place on a piece of greased heavy-duty tinfoil; top each with slice of onion, then layer of potatoes until foil is full and top with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Seal packages.
    Cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Great for cooking on a barbecue grill.
