Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 pork chops
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Brown pork chops in oil.
Arrange in a slow cooker the onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables. Place pork chops over vegetables.
Pour barbecue sauce over meat and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low setting 6 to 8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
