Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. beer (open and let sit a few minutes)
1 c. catsup
1 c. tomato sauce or puree
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pickling spice (shake through strainer to get out seeds and large spices)
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 c. Franks hot sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat and cook 20 to 30 minutes more.
Stir occasionally. Brush on meat the last 20 to 30 minutes of cooking/grilling. (Serve extra sauce on the side.)
